Hello

My story begins on a farm. I had the honor of growing up with horses, sheep, goats, chickens, and many other critters that came and went. With such a physical upbringing came many injuries; riding horses, falling off roofs, two older brothers, and organized sports came into play around junior high. Soccer, basketball, softball, track, and my true love - Volleyball. Many years of intense and careless training left me unstable and questioning this approach. By 22 I was practicing massage and learning how to help others through their pain journey. Since then I have had three children and learned so much about caring for clients through their pregancies!

I specialize in Neuromuscular work (Trigger point therapy for those knots!), Prenatal massage, and now practicing more ASMR ambient/energy work massage for those who are in their head too much.
